Contributions to pre and post-launch for the Shopify QL Notebooks app. Worked on the interface and optimized the workflow to enable easy data exploration and visualization for Shopify merchants.

Streamlining of the offer submission process by modularizing the interface and workflows, which decreased median offer submission time by 47% and increased on-platform offer submission rate from 59% to 80%. This improved overall usability and helped drive adoption of the platform.

Human-centered solutions while at the consultancy that streamlined complex workflows into intuitive interfaces for various clients.

Taught product design and design thinking to conflict-affected youth in Istanbul, Turkey and remotely in Erbil, Iraqi Kurdistan through interactive workshops and exercises to build their skills in human-centered design. I continue to lead remote sessions to further their understanding of UX and instill design thinking in their approach to coding.

Transforming WeWork.com into an ecommerce platform enabling self-serve office bookings online, and on WeWork's media ecosystem including a press portal, blog, and configurable landing pages to empower the marketing team to drive awareness and generate leads.
